2. What this website is for

onlytap.es presents OnlyTap, a Volcano MKT service for businesses: plaques with a QR code and an NFC chip that let their customers open the menu, the Google reviews or other content of the business from their phone, and an app to change that content without changing the plaque.

From here you can write to us or ask for details. The account and the plan are created and taken out at app.onlytap.es, under their own terms. Done-for-you orders are agreed separately and in writing.

3. Founding price and referrals

Founding price. The first 50 businesses to take out the OnlyTap plan, monthly or yearly, keep the price they signed up at for as long as the plan stays active without a break, even if the general price goes up later. The order is set by the date of the first payment, and the plan included in a done-for-you order also counts. If the plan is cancelled or is no longer paid, the founding price is lost.

Referrals. If a customer with an active plan introduces us to a business that is not yet a customer and that business takes out the plan, both get one month free: on the monthly plan the next payment is not charged, and on the yearly plan the renewal is put back by one month. The new business must tell us who referred it when it signs up or within the following 30 days, and the month is applied once it has paid its first instalment. The free month cannot be exchanged for money.

We will keep these two offers for as long as they are advertised on this website. If we withdraw them, we will honour whatever has already been earned.

4. Terms of use

Browsing this website means accepting this legal notice. We ask you to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law; in particular, not to use it to:

  • Pursue unlawful aims or harm Volcano MKT or third parties.
  • Try to access restricted areas, the systems that host it or other people’s data.
  • Introduce malicious software or send automated messages through the form.
  • Impersonate another person when writing to us.

If we detect use that breaches these terms, we may block access or discard the messages that arrive that way.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The OnlyTap name, its logo and its icon, the Volcano MKT name and the texts, illustrations, designs and code of this website belong to their owner or are used with the permission of whoever holds them. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the website, such as Google, Apple, Android, WhatsApp or Instagram, belong to their owners. We mention them only to explain how the service works, and this does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or certification.

You may link to any page of this website, provided the link does not suggest a relationship that does not exist.

6. Liability, examples and links

We take care that the information on this website is correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become out of date. If you spot one, write to us and we will correct it. The content is for information only and is not a substitute for a proposal designed for your business.
